"I love my new home" I have known "Doc" Livingston for about 3 years. I have had the opportunity to hear "Doc's" presentations at several BNI meetings. When the market slumped and it looked like I could finally jump into the real estate market I called "Doc". He came to my house and discussed my criteria for a home. Considering that I did not want to double my seven munute commute by foot if it could be helped, he found several listings and arranged for viewings. I ended with a choice of 10 to 15 yr old condos on the fringe of downtown or a brand new one in the heart of down town, (For those new to the area, downtown Maple Ridge is not that big...about a 15 Min. walk from one corner to the other). This has decreased my commute by a full minute and increased my foot access to local businesses significantly.
"Doc" provided the food for my very successful house warming party. He also badgered the developer on my behalf to get the deficiences fixed up.
