P.A. "Doc" Livingston
​​​​​In 1982, I sold my service business and left "Winterpeg" for beautiful BC. Honestly, it didn’t take long to feel at home here—I’ve been here so long, I might as well be a local! Sales have always been my passion, and after building and selling a couple of businesses in BC, I got invited into the auto industry. My first role was as a Sales Consultant at Pacific Honda in North Vancouver, and over the next 18 years, I climbed the ranks, taking on a variety of roles.

Then in 2004, I decided to take a leap of faith and switch gears to become a REALTOR®. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s been 20 years now, and I’m still loving every moment of it—especially getting to work with such amazing clients and making so many new friends along the way.

These days, my spouse Judy and I live in Maple Ridge. Between us, we have a blended family of four kids, seven grandkids, and even one great-grandchild. Life is pretty great, and I feel so fortunate to do what I love while being surrounded by the people who matter most.
